    Guten Abend,

    aufgrund von technischer Fehler wegen Ihren Plugin, muss ich mein Commerce-Konto beim Facebook l?schen. Den Konto habe ich über den Plugin angemeldet, deswegen habe ich die Funktion zum klassischen L?schen bzw. Deaktivierung nicht.

    Fehler ist: Instagram sch?tzt mein Domain als üngültig bzw. nicht verifiziert, obwohl Facebook-Shop funktioniert ohne Problem. Somit kann ich keinen Instagram-Shop machen.

    Wie kann man diese problem l?sen? Oder Commerce-Konto l?schen.

    Good evening,

    Due to a technical error related to your plugin, I have to delete my commerce account on Facebook. I registered the account via the plugin, but I don’t have the function for classic deletion or deactivation.

    The error is: Instagram estimates my domain as invalid or unverified, although the Facebook shop works without a problem. So I can’t do an Instagram shop.

    How to solve this problem? Or delete Commerce account.

    Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, the event code is detected on the site at https://hegau-onlineshop.de, but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Meta, as showcased in the screenshot linked here. Furthermore, Instagram estimates my domain as invalid or unverified, although the Facebook shop works without a problem.

    Could you share a screenshot of the screen at Marketing > Facebook > Connection, please?

    A quick follow-back. Just to note, you can delete all products from your Facebook catalog, using the debug tool detailed here, in the documentation.

    Furthermore, to unlink a Facebook page linked to a Commerce account created through Facebook for WooCommerce, check out the related documentation linked here.

    Lastly, to remove the plugin, WooCommerce Facebook app, and created system users, see here.

    I’m really disappointed with the plugin, it has so many bugs. Now the connection to Facebook doesn’t work at all. I press get connect but popus window is blank

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the plugin and currently, you are unable to connect to your Facebook shop, correct?

    As a first step, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin by going to Plugins > Installed Plugins.

    If yes, can you please try to disconnect and connect your connection under Marketing > Facebook > Connection and see if this resolves the issue?

    Ich m?chte nicht Produkten l?schen, sondern Commerce Konto. Commerce Konto wurde über Facebook für WooCommerce Plugin erstellt, somit l?sst es nicht über Facebook l?schen.

    I do not want to delete products, but the Commerce account. The Commerce account was created via Facebook for the WooCommerce plugin, so it cannot be deleted through Facebook.

    If I understand you correctly, you would like to delete your Commerce account, correct?

    If yes, to unlink a Facebook page that is linked to a Commerce account, you need to unlink it first from the catalog used within the Commerce account:

    • Go to your Business Settings on Facebook, and choose the Business Manager previously selected for the Facebook for WooCommerce.
    • Under Data Sources, click on the catalog that was selected before during the plugin’s connection onboarding process, and click Remove to remove it, this will delete the catalog contents (please be aware of this). Then the page won’t be associated with this catalog anymore.
    • Under Accounts, now select the page you want to remove from your Business Manager, click Remove, to remove it.

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins are enabled, try to repeat the steps again and see if this works?

    Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hello @hegau,

    If I create a new catalog now, will I also get a new commercial account?

    I’m not sure if I fully understand what you’re trying to achieve, do you want to create a new catalog while keeping the same account?

    If so, you can try disconnecting your Facebook account and choosing another catalogue in the configuration process:
