Commission added but not shown in overview

    Hi,

    I have tried several options and added all plugins needed.
    But when i buy my product it says the commission (10%) is awarded, but it is not shown.

    Product:
    – € 895 one time costs
    – 1st year free subscription
    – after 1st year € 234,- per year

    The debug log:

    Are you saying that you bought the product but the commission was not awarded to your account? Please read the following documentation how affiliate payout works.

    Please read the following WooCommerce integration documentation.

    Please also check the following addon documentation product-specific-affiliate-commission-for-woocommerce-products.

    Hi,

    I have read all the documentation and tried several thing. Subscription add-on plugin is installed.

    – I created an affiliate
    – I used the affiliate link in different browser and checked cookies, it was stored
    – Then i bought a product in my own webshop as a new customer, and completed the entire proces (status to completed)
    – Log says the commission is awarded, but my commission overview is still empty
