Commission Junction HTML question

My template says to place a 125X125 Banner, do the following:

Add your 125×125 px ads here. You can add unlimited ads. Each new banner should be in new line with using the following format:
https://yourbannerurl.com/banner.gif, https://theurl.com/to_link.html

My CJ HTML code is this:

How the heck do I convert it to fit the proper format? Do I need to DL the image and do it that way? Thanks!
