    everything works perfectly including impression and click calculation, but commission alone is not calculating. tested multiple times. kindly help

    [05/14/2020 9:47 PM] – NOTICE : WooCommerce Integration – Commission for this transaction will be awarded when you set the order status to completed or processing.

    A commission is rewarded when a WooCommerce order is in the “processing” or “completed” state. If a commission is already rewarded when processing, the plugin will ignore it when it becomes completed. The log file above is letting you know that the order is Not in a completed or processing state. That is why the commission is getting calculated.

    @padeepz, Please check the “Commissions” tab to see if a commission was rewarded for Order ID 23142 and 23140.

    Sorry for my typo error.

    That is why the commission is getting calculated.

    hi,
    I believe I have found the issue, the affiliate account is only approved and not active.

    can the developers of this plugin kindly change this “all active” button in the dashboard to just “all” because it also shows the approved user. it kinda confuses (https://prnt.sc/sju5lj)

    or

    in the log add the reason for not calculating commission as “affiliate is not active so commission not awarded” something like that.

    I just wasted many days to figure this simple issue
