Commissions do not appear

  • Hello.

    I use the free version of the plugin because I want to make sure it works correctly before upgrading to the premium version.
    I have made several purchases with the referral link but they do not appear in the commissions section.
    I have put 10% commission and I think everything is set. In fact, I have tried it on another of my websites and it works perfectly and the commission counts, but it doesn’t work on this one.

    What can happen?

    Have you checked our documentation to see if you have everything correct?:

    Make sure you set the cookie expiration to a time longer than a customer can take to complete a purchase, and if you are testing with the affiliate themselves, check to allow generating auto commissions for affiliates.

    Anyway, I checked the link and I don’t see that the cookie is being recognized.

    To rule out any type of existing conflict, I recommend performing the following tests:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2024.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.

    If you don’t want to do this on your live site, you can easily create a staging site using the free WP Staging plugin.

    Hi there,

    We are seeing the same problem in this site, the cookie seems that is not being created. If you already check for conflicts with your theme and plugin, please, send us a screenshot of the plugin configuration in your site to gather more information about the cookie.

    Hello, I installed the free affiliate version and the commissions are not activated, I have already carried out several tests and still nothing, the commissions are not generated, nor does the link appear in the order area with the referral, I don’t know what to do.

    I have the Divi theme installed, I don’t know if it is incompatible with this theme, although I have already tested installing another theme and it remains the same, it does not link the commissions.

    I just tested the plugin’s operation in my installation and it generates commissions correctly.

    Reviewing the link that you have provided us, I do not see that the cookie is being generated correctly on your site, so I recommend that you perform the tests that I mentioned in my first response to this topic.
