Commiting plugin to svn-problem

    Hello. i try to send my plugin to svn. all steps has been completed successfully, but at the last step i have problem. when i try:
    my-local-dir/$ svn ci -m ‘Adding first version of my plugin’
    i get error:
    svn: Commit failed(details follow):
    svn: ‘c:\my-local-dir\first’ in not under version control.
    What is it and what can i do for solving?
