Communication with Developer/Account access

  • Marco is a great developer and I really love the plugin. I am not sure but it appears that something has severed my account from the records as a purchaser. I have tried to contact over and over using the other tools available and even the email I have communicated with in the past. No reply. I think some thing may be broken so I thought I would try here! Marco!

    Hi Matthew! You are absolutely right that something must have broken the communication. I fear that a spam filter has swallowed my email(s) to you. I have even sent you an email from my private gmail account, trying to tell you that I indeed did answer your email on 17th June. Can you please have a look whether my emails are in your spam folder? Because I think the info contained in it not necessarily belongs in this forum.
