Community and website

Hello!

I would like to create a wordpress community.
But I need that the two areas (community and website) are not disconnected. I want the two areas to talk to each other.
Example 1: I would like community members to be able to vote for an article on the site’s blog. Or that community members can add a site article in their wishlist (or bookmark) and that community members can also share their wishlist with other members.
Example 2: I would like some authorized members to write articles within the site categories. And I’d like these articles to be like travel journals.

Do you think this plugin can do all this?
