Como excluir uma mensagem da minha página

  • Olá! Instalei o tema Encounters lite e tem uma mensagem que n?o quer sair. Sou iniciante e estou tendo dificuldade. A mensagem está aparecendo na lateral direita das páginas “Sobre” e “Contato”. Poderiam me dizer como fa?o para excluir esta mensagem?
    A mensagem é esta:
    Page Right Column Demo
    This is default content to showcase a page with a right sidebar column. Once you publish your first widget to this position, this sample content will be replaced by your widget.

    Hello! I installed the theme Encounters lite and has a message that does not want to leave. I am a beginner and I’m having difficulty. The message is appearing on the right side of the page “About” and “Contact.” Could you tell me how do I delete this message:
