Company Banner Not Display

  • I have try to solve this issues but still did not get it.
    the Company Banner still not showing even after I change the theme, use the same emial in company declaration and communication mail key, uncommenting the related code with the Banne, and others. and I am a newbie on this so please help.

    Hello,
    the banner will display only if a redirection has been defined, as indicated in the documentation (https://www.kersign.com/email-signature-support-2/email-signature-documentation/#Redirections_and_Call_To_Actions).

    Shortly, you MUST define:

    * a redirection for the link you want people to be redirected to,
    * a redirection for the banner you want people to see.

    When you define such redirection, you normally have a validity tab where you should indicate the following information:

    * Start: start of the validity period
    * End: end of the validity period
    * Enabled: don’t forget to check it

    Be careful, to be valid, a redirection must have a valid period AND the enabled button checked.
