• i have tried to ask this before but no one will look at it let alone respond. so perhaps purchasing one of your add-ons will help. but before I purchase it since there is no refund if it doesn’t do what I need, I need to understand what it is capable of. I have read your documentation on your add-ons page but it is very general and doesn’t answer my question.

    when a ticket is issued we would like to multiple persons (not only the agent and customer) to be notified via email that a ticket has been issued. they should also be notified, via email, anytime a comment or action is taken on a ticket. is there a way to create a distribution list with email addresses so that everyone on the list is copied? can your plug in accomplish this?

    Only the staff members and the customer get notified if there is a action on ticket such as create,replied,status changed,assigned a agent or deleted. The other users will not be get notified. There is no distribution list feature available in plugin/add-ons.
