Compare lightbox not opening

Hi there, i am trying to get the lightbox to auto open once products have been selected and its not opening – I have created a compare page and added this shortcode into the page [electro_compare_page] (i am using the Electro by MadrasThemes) and I have made sure that the YITH>Settings>Open Automatically Lightbox is checked but it is not opening even after I click save changes.
