If you use the default theme, WooCommerce plugin and our Compare plugin doesn’t works, too ? Could you disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and YITH Compare, swithc to Twenty Twenty-One and send to me your website url, please.
I’ll make some tests about that.

I have put my website in diagnostic mode (but just for me, not for visitors) and then I switched to Twenty Twenty-One and enabling just Woocommerce and YITH Compare: the result is always the same and the compare table doesn’t work on Mobile devices. Anyway it works correctly by Desktop PC (also in normal mode it works correctly on Desktop PC).

we’re just tried it in our local installation and it works fine with:
– WordPress 5.7.1
– WooCommerce 5.2.1
– YITH WooCommerce Compare 2.5.0
– Twenty Twenty

However we see in your site you are not using YITH WooCommerce Compare.
Please could you try to keep only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Compare plugins active and to activate Twenty Twenty theme in your installation, so we’ll be able to check for that in your site?

sorry but then I have removed the plugin since it doesn’t work and I cannot leave it as is for lot of time. Now I re-activated YITH WooCommerce Compare, you can try to have a check now. Please could you check it as soon as possible?

The issue is regarding only mobile devices, where the comparison table pop-up doesn’t appear at all.

it’s so strange because on my installation I can’t replicate the in any way.
If I click on the button I’m redirected to another page that show me the popup with comparison table.
I’d like help you but the only solution would be debug on your site and I can’t do it unfortunately.

Actually are lot of weeks that I cannot solve this problem and this is incredible situation for me.

There could be an issue related with the cache? Or something like that? maybe a conflict with other plugins like WP Rocket?

Hi there,

yes, probably is a conflict with cache plugin or another plugin. Unfortunately, is very hard to us make a full tests. You can try to clean the cache and disable the cache plugin.

Look if the problem persist. If yes, try to deactivate all plugins (except for WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Compare) and make another test. If the problem disapperar try to enable the plugin one by one in order to find who cause the problem.

I tried in that way but I always get the same error. I tried also deleting the cache, nothing change. How is it possible? Could the plugin for cache changed something about your plugin even if disabled?

Actually I cannot solve this problem… I don’t know how to proceed.
