Comparison to Auto-Schedule Posts plugin

I recently discovered your Publish to Schedule plugin. It does much the same thing as a plugin I developed but no longer have time to support called Auto-Schedule Posts (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/auto-schedule-posts/)

I have been contemplating encouraging the users of my plugin to use yours as yours seems to be a bit more stable than mine. The only thing that yours does not seem to do is handle multiple authors in a way that prevents one author from crowding out other authors in a multi-author site.

If you made it so that your plugin had an option to set a limit to how many posts a single author could make in a day (leaving space for other authors even if one is producing content faster than the rest) then you would be able to fully replace my plugin.

Also, I noticed that you are hoping to allow overnight publishing. My plugin can do that. Feel free to inspect my code in case it helps you in accomplishing the same thing.
