• Hi, when Tooltips is activated, it disables the drag and drop feature in Search & Filter Pro because Tooltips generates the following JavaScript error: “Qtags is undefined” in post.php. (When I deactivate Tooltips I can use Search & Filter Pro without problems and that JavaScript error goes away.)

Tested on Browsers: Chrome and IE (These are the two browsers used by my company)
    WP v4.7.5
    PHP 5.4.24
    Customizr Pro theme 1.4.0

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. Can you please clarify when does that error appear? How did you triggered it?

Hi Gerkin. The error appears when I am on the Search & Filter Edit Post screen. I’d send you a screen capture, but I don’t see the ability to attach an image here within the forum.

To give you more info: Uncaught Reference Error: QTags is not defined ithoughts tt gl-editor.min.is

If I try to drag and drop a field into the search UI (which is how to create a form), another error appears: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined at HTMLDocument load-scripts.php

    Thanks

    Hi,

For the screenshot, you can either upload it to your site and send me the link, or use a service like ctrlq.org image

Thank you for your feedback, have a great day

    Hi,

Did you managed to solve your problem? If not, can you please send me the screenshot?

    Cheers
