Compatability with Woo Discount Rules

  • Hello!

    I am a happy user of Advanced Woo Labels, but I’ve run into a bit of a problem.
    When a discount has been made through the use of the plugin “Woo Discount Rules”, the Advanced Woo Labels is not accurately showing the percentage/amount being discounted.

    It will accurately apply a label to a product that’s “on sale”. But if I also want to show the discount percentage, it writes “-100%” for any product that was discounted through the other plugin (even if the real discount is just -15% and the price is reflected accurately on the site/working in cart etc).

    Now, I know to never expect compatibility between two plugins, and you may not have any help to offer. I understand if that is the case.

    However, I still thought I’d try to ask here, in case anyone knows of a solution, maybe in the shape of a function, that could help.

    Looks like I know how to fix this. Please wait for the next plugin release ( will be available till next Monday ). It will includes support for Woo Discount Rules plugin.

    So you still see incorrect discount values inside labels?

    When I use regular product adjustment within Woo Discount Rules, it looks good now, thanks! ??

    However it doesn’t work for Bulk Discount for me. For example, I have a “Buy 1 for 69 or 2 for 100” kind of deal. When one is added to basket, the “SALE” label does happen from Woo Labels but it writes -100% which is inaccurate.

    For the “Buy X and get discount on Y” type of product, the sale label never happens when X is added to basket; but this isn’t too critical as the Discount Rules plugin already adds in the description that there’s going to be a discount.

    @mvmc might be able to elaborate on their experience too.
