    of course! This plugin is 100% WooCommerce compatible. In this WC extension we use only official WooCommerce hooks.
    If the theme you are going to use meets the specifications provided by WooComemrce there are no compatibility issues. Otherwise it will be care of the developer of the theme adapt the theme code.
