    Hey there,

    I am wondering if this plugin will be able to send an SMS of the order detail of a product that is raffle product. The raffle plugin were using is WP-Raffel, and for the time being we are using Twilio SMS but this doesnt send the order details like the product bought, like the generated raffle ticket number. So to save me some time from registering, installing and configuring and set up a test site so decided to take my shot t asking here instead.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Unfortunately, we have never tested our plugin with WP-Raffel and is currently not in our supported plugin list.

    Really appreciate the prompt response.

    How about the order data? will I be able to send an sms with the order data?

    because the WPraffel keep its number in the order_data_column at the backend of the WC when viewing the order details, the generated ticket number is stored there.

    As i can check WP-Raffel stores generated ticket numbers in a different table named wooraffle_tickets_customer_to_tickets.

    So you will not be able to send those data using our plugin.
