Compatibility between WPML & Elementor Pro

I am using Elementor Pro on OceanWP for a bilingual site with a common footer for both languages (Spanish and English), using WPML Pro.
I do not get to select / synchronize the language for one and another version of the footer template.
How would the “Conditions” be handled for both cases?
