    Hello,

I would like to install the Free Shipping Label and Progress Bar for WooCommerce plugin on my website, ginsiders.com.

Could you please confirm if this plugin is compatible with WPML? We use WPML to manage translations for our site in different languages.

Additionally, I would like to know if it is compatible with Typesense, as our shop is managed using this plugin.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m happy to confirm that our plugin, available in both free and PRO versions, is fully compatible with WPML. If you need assistance with translating our plugin, please refer to our documentation for a guidance.

Regarding Typesense, I’m not familiar with it specifically. However, if you are referring to the search engine, I don’t anticipate any compatibility issues, as our plugin and search engines operate independently.

Our plugin is designed to work with most themes and is compatible with a wide range of other plugins. Occasionally, there may be issues with third-party shipping plugins or specific free shipping options, but these can usually be resolved easily.

We encourage you to try our free version to see if it meets your needs.

    Best regards

    Hello @marinmatosevic ,

I have just installed the plugin and tried to enable the visibility of the progress bar on the products, in the cart, and on the checkout page, but nothing seems to appear.

Could you please assist me with this issue?

It seems that the issue isn’t with the templating, as the HTML is loading in the correct location. The problem likely involves reading the free shipping thresholds. Are you using a third-party plugin for shipping?

How many shipping zones do you have, and is the free shipping threshold consistent across all of them?

If your free shipping methods are defined outside of WooCommerce (such as in a plugin), you can use the “Custom Threshold” option in the General Settings. Enable it and set a custom threshold that matches the free shipping threshold in your shipping plugin.

    Thanks @marinmatosevic

Delivery costs vary depending on the type of carrier chosen and the delivery location chosen by the buyer. But mainly our plugin is GLS for delivery.

Delivery costs are free from 150€ of purchases including tax, for delivery addresses located in metropolitan France only.

For Belgium and Luxembourg, delivery costs are free from 190€ of purchases including tax.

    Delivery is made in Europe:
France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal

In the free version of our plugin, you can set a global free shipping threshold that applies to all shipping zones. In the PRO version, you have the ability to specify a separate free shipping threshold for each zone and shipping method.

I’m not familiar with how the GLS plugin adds methods, but if you navigate to the General Settings in our plugin and look under “Custom threshold per zone and shipping method,” you’ll see a list of all your defined zones and shipping methods. You can configure thresholds directly there, but this feature is available exclusively in the PRO version.

Alternatively, you can achieve this through custom code. Our plugin provides filter hooks that you can use to easily set everything up with just a few lines of code.

I try to do that “In the free version of our plugin, you can set a global free shipping threshold that applies to all shipping zones” but it’s not appear also.

So it mean that i must have the pro version ?

    It displays, see screenshot.

The PRO version enables you to set different free shipping thresholds for various zones. We offer a free 7-day trial so you can try it out and see if it meets your needs.

    Hi @marinmatosevic

We purchased the premium version of your plugin yesterday after being informed that the paid version would allow us to manage multiple shipping zones. However, we are encountering an issue when trying to configure our setup.

For our store, the shipping region is Europe. Within this region, our GLS plugin handles specific shipping zones that we have named as follows:

    • Zone France: Free shipping from €150
    • Zone Europe 1: Free shipping from €190
    • Zone Europe 2: Free shipping from €250

The problem is that we cannot configure multiple zones within your plugin because the zones are managed by the GLS plugin rather than WooCommerce itself. As a result, despite upgrading to the paid version, the plugin is currently performing exactly the same function as the free version.

Could you please advise us on whether there is a solution for this setup? Otherwise, we will need to cancel our subscription and request a refund as the paid version is not meeting our needs.

Thank you for your attention and assistance.

    Hi

Thank you for upgrading to the Pro version!

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing difficulties with the setup. While the Pro version supports managing multiple shipping zones within WooCommerce’s native system, it seems the GLS plugin’s integration is affecting the configuration.

To better assist you, please reach out to us through our official support email. This will allow us to investigate your specific setup in more detail and work on a solution for you.
