    Hi,

I have trouble with the Mega Menu Editor. I can add widgets but I’m not able to set them : some option boxes are too long/big and the panel won’t allow me to scroll enough to reach the “save” button (most of the time I can scroll a bit but it always ‘stops too early’).

Quite a shame cause your plugin is great and I’d love to use it !

Is it a compatibility issue with the version of WP (4.3) ? How can I do ? I haven’t tried the plugin on other versions of WP as I downloaded it very recently.

Thanks a lot for your help.

PS : my website is still on local host so no link to share, sorry

    Hi yameogo,

Please can you post a screenshot?

Are you using FireFox? If so, please try Chrome instead.

    Hi Tom,

I was using Firefox indeed but it doesn’t work on Chrome either.

    Here‘s a screenshot when I can’t go further down :

So far I managed to find a way via Firebug (or equivalent in Chrome) and CSS properties : I disable the height of #cboxContent.mm_content_container. Not very convenient but it does the work for now !

    Thanks

    Hi Yameogo,

Thanks for the screenshot. Something really doesn’t look right there.. it might be a conflict with another plugin. I’d suggest disabling all plugins, then reenabling them one by one until it breaks again to find the culprit.

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

It doesn’t work better when all plugins are disabled..

So this is not a known issue ?

    Hi Yameogo,

It doesn’t seem like the known issue that I’m thinking about – no.

If you would be able to set up an admin login and would like me to take a look, please get in touch through https://www.maxmegamenu.com/support (use WPSupport as the licence key)

    Hi Tom,

I’m still gonna be on localhost for a while but I’d be happy to let you have a look when I put the blog online.

In the meantime I found out a much easier solution than the CSS stuff : the Tab key ?? It does go down as needed this way.

Thanks a lot again for your help and your very quick responses. Feels good to get this quality of support even with a free plan.

    Regards.

Sounds good, let me know once it’s online. I’ll set this to resolved in the mean time.

    Hi Tom,

Eventually I figured it out! I was using Firefox and Chrome with a zoom of 80 or 90%.. It works very well when sets at 100% ??

Thanks again for your help and great work.
