I use cleantalk on all of my website but recently have an issue with this site on the booking appointment page. When bookings are being made by clients they now get an anti-spam block” message on the page and it stops the booking going through. I would raher keep using the plugin. Is there something in the settings that I can change to stop this from happening

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @volpagirl
The reason is the form transfers non-standard parameters.
I’ve applied some changes on our side, it should help.
If not, let us know opening a new ticket: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

Hello, are you able to let me know the changes you made as I have this site in a staging position at the moment and it is only the live site you will have updated. I need to make the same changes to the staging site so that when I switch it over it will work.

    Your help would be appreiciated

The changes were made in the CleanTalk Cloud, so you don’t have to worry about your website backends.
If you are using the same access key for the live and staging websites, the fixes stay active.
    Thank you.
