    I use cleantalk on all of my websites but recently had an issue with this site on the booking appointment page which i received a reply for. This site is also in staging and I need what was changed on the live site to be done on the staging site too. Is there any way @alexandergull can tell me what he did so it can be replicated for the staging site?

    The reason is the form transfers non-standard parameters.

    hello,
    thanks for coming back to me on this. Along with the same issue I have now discovered a problem with the appointments being duplicated each time. I raised this with the booking plugin developers and they have come back to me with the following:-

    There is a double-submission process in the page. Seems that the anti-spam software used in the website is intercepting the action over the submit button and replicating it twice.

    Please check that and let me know any comments.

    Hello,

    Yes I am talking about that plugin and yes the duplicate appointments show on the backend, and the response emails are also duplicating.

    Hello,

    I wonder if you can let me know if there is any update on this issue. The client is calling me each time there is an issue with a booking and is getting increasingly frustrated that her booking system is not working as it should.
