I use WP-Optimize on all of my sites, and I recently purchased the pro version of the Astra theme along with the premium versions of their plugins (Convert Pro, Ultimate Addons for Elementor, etc.). An issue arose where the theme / plugins would deactivate the license and ask me to enter the license again and again. After contacting BrainstormForce, they said this is a common issue with some caching plugins. I confirmed that the issue correlates with having WP-Optimize’s caching functionality active (although it is a little unpredictable which makes it hard to reproduce).

Is this something that WP-Optimize can fix? Or is there a way for me to work around it?

  • Hello,

I would advise taking at look at the advanced settings in WP-Optimize > Cache > Advanced settings and the rules for excluding from the cache. BrainstormForce should be able to help you with caching exclusions that would prevent this licence issue from occurring.
