Compatibility Issue with LearnPress – Cart Price Not Updating

    Hi LearnPress Support Team,

    I’m writing on behalf of my developer about a problem we’re facing with the LearnPress plugin when Multi-Currency is Enabled. Despite implementing custom code and designing a plugin to update cart prices, we’ve noticed that the price only updates correctly on course category and single course pages, but not in the cart when using LearnPress.

    This issue doesn’t occur with WooCommerce, suggesting a compatibility issue with LearnPress itself.

    We’ve thoroughly tested for conflicts, confirming the issue is isolated to when LearnPress is used, especially since our theme and WooPayments have been ruled out as the cause.

    Key Points:

    • The cart price won’t update with LearnPress, though it works with WooCommerce.
    • Extensive troubleshooting has been done, including custom code and conflict tests.
    • Consultations with other support teams point towards LearnPress as the issue.

    Hi pearcerobinson,

    What is the Multi-Currency plugin you enabled on your site? We go to your site but we don’t see anything multiple currency. Please send us link that plugin. We’ll check it. But if you use WooCommerce Add-On for LearnPress, you should enable option “Buy courses via Product”, it compatible with all addon of Woocomerce.

    If you login you will see a plugin i built called lp-woo currency integration.

    This is the plugin I built. The issue is that everything else works, but it is not connecting properly to the woo-commerce cart, checkout. So I wanted to know about the core functions of the Learnpress plugin.

    So that I can correct the issue I am having, which is that the courses in a different currency are not reflecting when added to cart. See the attached plugin that is custom code.

    Sorry about that, but that not plugin write by us, so we can’t uderstand that. On here, we only support about LearPress plugin.

    Forget about that plugin. I am asking you only about Learnpress! Not the plugin that I made. In your learnpress plugin, the one that I bought also from Thimpress, I am asking about the functions with woocommerce/woopayments

    I am talking only about

    LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration and Learnpress plugin. And my question is the same, I wanted to know about the core functions of your plugin and its relationship with woocommerce, so I know the relaitonship with the woocommerce cart / checkout.

    What are the functions code learnpress uses to add the courses to the woocommerce cart/checkout.

    If you use premium addon of LearnPress, please create a ticket on the Thimpress forum, it is rule of WordPress. On here we should discuss about LearnPress.

    => About this function code to buy course via Woo, we write on LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration. This plugin is bridge between Woo and LearnPress. It has 2 primary function:
    1. Buy direct course via Woo
    2. Buy via Product of Woo, which assign courses on that.
