Compatibility issue with PHP 7.1.1

    Hi,

    I had the same issue that another user posted about where options when adding a new form were not being displayed.

    I ran through the suggestions in that post, opening the dev tools console in Chrome, disabling all other plugins, and switching to the 2015 theme. All with no luck.

    I ended up switching the version of PHP running on the server from v7.1.1 to v7.0.15. After making this switch, the rest of the options for the form are being displayed.

    I’m fine with running v7.0.15 of PHP on my server, but wanted to pass along my findings regarding the plugin being used with PHP v7.1.1.
