• Hi,

    There is a compatibility issue between Clearfy plugin and WPML (multilingual), if Clearfy is activated I can’t access WPML parameters & settings pages, the page is “grayed”. I tried to find the option in Clearfy that could be causing the issue but couldn’t find it…
    Maybe you know what could be the issue please?

    I contacted WPML, they gave me this link if you want to get in touch with their compatibility team.
    Great plugin BTW, I am trying to keep it with WPML…
    (+ really sorry for the bug of multiple post, I had error every time I tried, didn’t know it worked…)

    Hi,

    Please specify on which pages do you see the error? Can you make screenshots of the problem and send your configuration settings?

    When you deactivate the Clearfy plugin, the problem is solved?

    Just export the Clearfy settings, save them in a file and send it to me.

    Just for information, I confirm that the problem is solved when I deactivate Clearfy.
