Compatibility issues because payment methods are only registered in frontend

The list of available payment methods differ in frontend and backend.
In the backend the list only contains Resurs Bank and not the individual payment methods visible in frontend.
This causes issues with plugins that trigger actions depending on payment method in the backend since the list of payment methods will never match the payment method on the order.
One plugin that this causes issues for is the plugin WooCommerce Visma Integration, which uses the list of available payment gateways to configure how an order should be accounted in Visma.
