compatibility issues help

after changing to my new theme there seems to be a conflict
I cant customize my theme unless I deactivate the amp for wp plugin
the non-amp version for the website uses the related posts from jetpack pack settings but now it’s displayed it in the amp version though this didn’t happen before
also the share plugin share buttons are being imported from the non-amp version and displayed in the amp version
Don’t want to have to similar sections of share buttons and related posts
