Compatibility issues with Lightbox

    Hi, the lightbox for my pictures isn’t working. I deactivated Complianz, and it worked fine afterward. I tried disabling Elementor in the integration settings, but that didn’t resolve the issue.

    You can try disabling the placeholder insertion by Complianz by enabling this feature in Tools > Placeholders > Disable Placeholder Insertion (here’s a screenshot for reference https://prnt.sc/Vt9WRPG7K7U6). This could be the solution for users experiencing styling issues with iframes, as it can sometimes conflict with the theme’s styling.

    Hello @stephanie1994 ,

    Could you please enable Safe Mode by navigating to Tools > Support > Enable Safe Mode? This will help us determine if the issue is caused by an integration, a specific service, or by Complianz itself. Enabling Safe Mode will temporarily deactivate all integrations and plugins.

    If Safe Mode resolves the issue, please disable it and begin troubleshooting by re-enabling the various integrations and services one by one. Don’t forget to clear the cache after each major step, possibly multiple times.
