Compatibility of Optimizer with Jetpack

  • Has anyone experienced problems with sites running Optimizer when the Jetpack plugin is activated? Running most recent versions of WP and of Optimizer, and when I activate Jetpack (also most recent version, but it’s been happening for the last two versions of both theme and plugin) the site loads a blank page.

    Hi,

    Did you check if Jetpack works with other themes? What version of php are you on?

    I have one other WordPress site running the Twenty Fifteen theme and it works fine. Php version 5.6.30 – is that a problem? Thanks!

    @clarelindeque Shouldnt be. Can you please

    1. Go to Jetpack → Settings.

    2. Scroll all the way to the bottom of that page and click “Debug”.

    3. Select the “Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site” link to open the list.

    4. Disable each option one by one and keep refreshing the Customizer and see disabling which one fixes the issue.
