COMPATIBILITY OF THE THEME TO THE ISO MOBILE VERSION

Hi there,
the section highlithed in your screenshot is not handled by Proteo theme, but from a third party plugin.

Other proof that this is not related with the theme is that if you go to checkout and look for a select/dropdown there is no issue.

I suggest you to check the involved plugin options or contact plugin developers to find a solution

I have contacted the author of that plugin, this is his reply (see picture1)(see picture2)
this isn’t up top the plugin. The plugin uses the native browser select box. If that is altered in anyway by the theme the plugin cannot help you with that.
For example see this demo page at https://epo.themecomplete.com/product/business-card-print/ and try to select something from the first select box. What you will see on that page is the native way of choosing something from a select box which depends on the browser and mobile device you are viewing the site on.

Can you set “select2” to show only one selection box in the mobile version, that is, only the normal drop-down box or the selection box generated by the apple system browser (black box)b1b2

we will add an option to globally disable select2 sitewide in the coming Proteo release.
