Compatibility of versions

  • Hello.
    Please tell me why the webhook might not work.

    The form does not send data to Zapier. I use Zapier webhook.

    WordPress Version 4.9.23;

    CF 7 to Zapier Version 2.0.0;

    Contact Form 7 Version 5.1.4.

    Could this be due to version incompatibility?

    And will the latest version of CF 7 Zapier work with WordPress Version 4.9.23

    Would you please try to send a webhook to another service like webhook.site?

    Could this be due to version incompatibility?

    It’s possible (back to 2.0.0 we supported CF7 5.1.1) because 2.0.0 is a really old version.

    Please, keep WP and all plugins updated to keep it working and safe.
