Compatibility with 4.0?

I upgraded my site to WP 4.0. Everything is working except my API endpoints. I also cannot deactivate JSON API and I cannot access my Permalinks settings page. Is anyone else experiencing compatibility issues with this plugin and WordPress 4.0?
