Compatibility with ACF plugin?

I use ACF WordPress plugin and this addon https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/acf-countrycitystate-field/ to set Country, City, State for each post.

Then can i filter them properly using this plugin?

What i mean is if i choose Italy as Country then the condition is to allows users to filter for the cities of that Country only.
