@zorem can I just send the tracking number for any of the services (e.g. DHL Paket, DHL eCommerce, DPI) and you will figure out how to generate the URL for tracking? Or would you prefer I send the tracking link instead?

Hi, you’ll need to use the same names as they are set on our Shipping providers list:
DHL eCommerce
Deutsche Post DHL
DHL Parcel
DHL Paket – we are not familiar with this service, where it can be tracked, we can add it to our shipping providers list.
