Compatibility with another plugin

Hello,
I am facing a little issue regarding “Status change job”. I have added a new job (exporting an .xml file and sending it to FTP) when changing the Order Status from “new” to “processing”.

I have two payment option on my website. Online direct payment via 24Pay and COD.

When the customer chooses the COD option, the order enters my Woo directly with status “processing” and the Job does its work correctly (exports the .xml and sends it to FTP).

However when the customer chooses the 24pay option, the order enters my Woo with status “new”, waits until the payment goes throught correctly and then chnages its status to “processing”. The job does not works properly here tho. It does not export -xml and does not send it to my FTP. (when I tried to “test” it manually directly via the plugin, it worked, but automatically not such luck).

I have talked to the author of 24pay plugin but he told me as much as the plugin works correctly and maybe he needs to know what kind of “action” awaits your plugin to be able to start the action… so he can have a look at it.
