Compatibility with Apus Framework and Apus Chcharity

  • Hi Support,

    We are using the paid version of the plugin, but we have issues for the app where we have installed the Apus Chcharity and Apus Framework plugins.

    The issue is that the the Apus plugin is only showing a plain shortcode on the app’s page.

    Is it not compatible with the Apus Chcharity and Apus Framework plugins?

    Hi

    I dont know these plugins but if you only see shortcode, that’s usually because the plugin need a theme to properly work and you use on the app a different theme than on the website.

    You can change the app theme from the plugin > Theme and colors.
