Compatibility with Calculator plugin

  • Hi, we’re using a calculator plugin (https://altoswebsolutions.com/cms-plugins/woopricecalculator) to calculate price and measurements for our products. These details are passed through with orders but I was wondering if it was possible to include them on a quote? I’ve just done a quick test and none of the user entered details came through and just the default price was displayed, not the price including the calculation.

    Hi there,
    I’m really sorry but we not tested both plugins but it seems they are not compatible. This kind of plugins that manage prices and add informations need customization in order to work with Quote plugin, but we do not provide this kind of things.

    Hi, thanks for the response. So there’s no way to get the details from the calculator onto a quote? It is possible to get the details to come through on a woo-commerce order so is there anything that can be done to get them on a quote as well?
