    Hello!

First of all, thank you for your plugin!

I’d like to use it in a website, along with the CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce plugin. This is a plugin for WooCommerce, which makes it possible for the user to see a product in more than one currency.

The issue is that when I’m using your plugin, and I create a Gift Card (I have kept the default values for the Gift Card: 100, 200, 300), then I always see the values in EUR (which is my default currency), either when I’m in the EUR view or in the SEK (Swedish krona) view (the view changes from a CURCY plugin drop-down).

When I go to Cart/Checkout etc., I see the correct prices, based on the view I have chosen! So the issue seems to exist only in the Product page, in the price amount labels.

I hope you can help me solve this issue, either with an update, or even with a suggestion to use some hook to change the price amount label programmatically.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi @giordanidis,

Greetings from WebToffee support. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, the WebToffee Gift Card plugin is not compatible with multi-currency plugins at the moment.

To resolve the issue with the price amount label, please copy the code snippet from here and paste it into your active theme’s function.php file (WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor > functions.php) or you can use the?Code Snippet plugin to do that for you.

Kindly check using the code snippet and let us know how it goes.

    Hello again!

Thank you very much, I added the snippet into my child theme’s functions.php and I can now see the correct prices. However, I can see there are 2 new issues.

As I had told you, I’ve kept the default values: 100, 200, 300.

    1) If I’m in the Product page of the Gift Card and I switch the currency to SEK, and I add the first amount (which is kr1,180.42 – this is 100 EUR in SEK), then when I go to the Cart page, I see that instead of actually adding kr1,180.42, the system has added kr13,933.91 (which is 1,180.42 EUR)! So I see there’s a confusion here.

    2) While I can add-to-cart the first two amounts, I can’t add the third amount (in SEK currency view). I get a “Maximum amount is 3541.260000” error. You may check the below screenshot.

    I’m using:
CURCY – Multi Currency for WooCommerce (Version 2.2.3)
WebToffee Gift Cards for WooCommerce (Version 1.1.0)

    Thank you!
