compatibility with Falive theme & issues

Hi,
I’m using Loco with Falive theme v1.1.1 (https://falive.jegtheme.com/), I read and followed the plugin FAQ but:
-loco doesn’t apply my transaltions. How can I make sure I have a writeable directory? It’s mean I can copy\delete file (in this case it is)
Is Loco not compatible with Falive theme?
