    Hi,
    Sorry that you are having this issue. Are you using our forms side bar widget or postbox form layout?

    If you are using our postbox shortcode that you would have placed on a page – please check the text editor of your page if there is a special tag surround your optin cat shortcode and remove it. This might be preventing it’s CSS code from loading properly on your site.

    Perhaps I did not explain, the plugin can be clearly seen from safare and google quavers, but not seen in fire fox ….

    Thanks for the image provided and in regards to this issue – it might be a conflict with your theme as our Optin Cat form code has been translated differently in firefox which does not occur with any of our other users’ themes.

    I’d recommend contacting your theme’s developer support team to have them also look into this issue for you.
