Compatibility with LearnDash

    Hi there,

    I have your plugin active on my website and also have LearnDash installed there. LearnDash is a plugin to sell online courses.
    Now I have the problem that the courses can’t be marked ‘completed’ when your plugin is installed.

    Is there a way we could investigate why? I also asked LearnDash of course.
    Hope you are willing to help, otherwise I have to find another plugin instead of yours and I really don’t feel like it.

    Hi @eefkedigibitch,

    Most-likely there is an Integration enabled under Complianz -> Integrations which results in one of the LearnDash scripts being blocked; after which the described behavior occurs.

    You can usually troubleshoot such issues rather quickly by disabling Integrations one-by-one (YouTube, for example) and checking if this resolves the behavior. If it does, you’ll know that this was related.

    Thanks Jarno, that was it.

    I disabled Vimeo at Integrated – services. So I don’t need that function?

    Hi @eefkedigibitch,

    I would typically recommend blocking embedded video’s (such as Vimeo) before obtaining consent.

    But as it seems that in your case, enabling the Vimeo integration also affects the course completion mechanism in the LearnDash plugin; this might not be desired here.

    I will send the LearnDash team a message to see if we can obtain a development license for their plugin. That would allow us to take a closer look at why this might happen.

    So for now I leave it disabled.
