Compatibility with Legenda theme

    Dear berocket team,
    I would like to ask if there is compatibility between the legenda theme 3.2 and your plugin. I installed it and created a label but nothing is shown.

    Hello Discara,

    Please open plugin settings page and check if ‘Disable global labels’, ‘Disable product labels’ and ‘Disable labels on product page’ are not checked.

    Open created label and try to remove all the conditions. Maybe your condition is limiting it.

    And of course if your theme is not using WooCommerce hooks it could provide a problem for the plugin to attach the labels.

    Hello Dima,
    thank you for your quick answer. I checked the settings and no box was checked. Could it be a problem that the theme itself is using is own labels? I want to use custom labels so tried your plugin. I deactivated the theme labels but it doesn’t help.

    I don’t think that the problem is in theme labels but in the hooks theme is using. If you can send me your theme to [email protected] I could check it and help you configure it for your theme.
