Compatibility with MacOSX?

    I’m getting a report from a user, that the video window is black.
    There are control buttons, but the video doesn’t appear.

    This is on MacOSX default browser.

    Is Presto Player supposed to be compatible with most recent browsers?

    Yes, presto player is compatible with all modern browsers. Maybe something else is going on here. Would you mind sharing a link so I can see the issue?
