    We checked your issue and it isn’t a bug.
    You need go to the Pricing rules > Settings > Calculation and select in the “Apply discount on “Onsale” products” parameter the “Discount sale price” value. Next, there, you need check the “Use prices modified by other plugins” parameter.
    You should check that the “Suppress other pricing plugins in frontend” parameter ( Pricing rules > Settings > System) is disabled.
    And it will be work right.
