Hi I have been using your plugin for a while but I noticed that Google Analytics is not tracking all of our sales. The only thing I can think of that might be causing this is we are using NextMoveLite for a customised /thankyou page https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-thank-you-page-nextmove-lite/

Is there any known conflicts / compatibility issues when using these 2 plugins together that would cause order tracking issues?

    Many thanks
    Joe

    Hi Joe

In order for conversion tracking to work, the visitor has to visit the regular WooCommerce purchase confirmation endpoint. Only there the necessary (order) information is available for the plugin to process and hand over to the conversion pixels.

Every plugin that changes the redirect to the purchase confirmation page bears the risk to not do it properly and breaks the conversion tracking.

Plugins for custom thank you pages are a known source of problem.
Also offsite payment gateways that don’t redirect back to the proper purchase confirmation page are a source of problem.

In your particular case I can’t say for sure, but you’re right, the NextMoveLiet plugin would be the first possible point of failure I would investigate.

What happens if you turn it off?

    Regards
    Aleksandar

    Hi Aleksandar,

I have tested without the NextMoveLite plugin and data is tracked perfectly.

I’ve made the decision to drop the plugin ??

    Thanks
    Joe

    Thanks for letting me know!

If a custom thank you page is still important to you, you can try: https://woocommerce.com/products/custom-thank-pages/. So far I’ve never heard of problems with that one.
