Hi, I am using the “Price Based on Country for WooCommerce” plugin on my site to change between my local currency and USD. On the checkout page, if my country is selected, it will display my local currency, but any other country converts the currency to USD and the price changes accordingly, of course. I tried using your plugin to add additional product options to one of my products, a radio button which has two options, one of which will display a text field to enter additional customization information to the product. The radio button that allows this has a price attached to it, which I entered what the value would be in my local currency. This worked fine, but the issue is when I switch the country on the checkout page to a different country, the price of the customization does not change – Only the price of the main product changes. How can I get this to work so that the currency of the customization also changes when I select a different country?

    Hi @tubescreamer

When 2 plugins change the same aspect (in this case the product price), they need a specific integration to work together so they know of each others existence.

In this case, neither the authors from the Price by Country plugin, nor us, have created such an integration. As a result, both plugins don’t work together.

In the scenario you describe, it sounds like the Country plugin converts the product price, and not the (final) cart price. It would be up to them to convert the correct price, so you can try contacting them.

Sorry I can’t be of more help here!
