Compatibility with Registration Plus Redux?

I’m planning on utilizing this plugin. However, Theme My Login presented too many issued and I am currently utilizing Registration Plus Redux.

Could you please let me know if the login/registration plugin HAS to be Theme My Login? Will SP Client Document & Project Manager interface with any login plugin?
