Compatibility with Smart Grid-Layout Design for CF7

    thanks for the great plugin.

    I am trying to use “Send PDF for CF7” in conjunction with Smart Grid-Layout Design for CF7 because it has a special feature for table format.

    currently your plugin doesn’t display the table properly in PDF.
    table format is like,
    col-1 col-2 col-3
    col-x col-y col-z

    in PDF.
    col-1 col-x col-2 col-y col-3 col-z

    any suggestion?
